S18 is Sheffield and NE Derbyshires only dedicated MMA gym. S18 Gym trains people for fighting, fitness and fun. Classes and open training sessions include; boxing, MMA, Thai boxing, Brazilian Ju Jitsu, adult, kids and ladies classes. Everyone is welcome from all ages and abilities. They can cater for professionals wanting a fight career to novices wanting to keep fit.
The gym is run by Andy Marlow from Dronfield. Having many years in the gym, fighting, and fitness sectors and being a former champion he knows what is required to succeed.
